Technology shaped by feeling
We believe performance should work with the body, not against it. Real progress comes from paying attention to movement, pressure and the subtle signals felt over long days on snow. Carvetronic is designed for skiers who seek control, flow and connection, and who know that true performance is measured in feeling as much as in force.
Passion
Invented by innovators and lifelong skiers Sjoerd and Jan, it grew from a shared fascination for carving, movement and being connected with nature. After countless days on the mountain, one limit kept returning. Not technique or strength, but discomfort and pressure at the shin. Instead of accepting it, they began questioning how force, pressure and movement interact inside the boot

Study and production
Over three years, the technology evolved through continuous on-snow testing, material research, and close collaboration with producers, engineers, and technical partners.
An earlier system, Shintronic, laid the groundwork for what would become Carvetronic. It allowed ideas to be tested in real conditions, challenged through use, and refined through feedback, not only from engineers, but from skiers who spend long days on snow.
Behind the technology is a small network of thinking minds: designers, producers, and skiers united by a shared attention to detail and respect for how the body moves. Their combined experience shaped each iteration, from early prototypes to production-ready solutions.
Today, development and testing continue in the Dolomites, Italy, where varied terrain and conditions provide the ideal environment to push the system further guided by people who trust feeling as much as measurement.

Worn by skiers around the world.
Used by skiers worldwide from coaches and athletes to guides and passionate everyday riders. Across the Alps, North America, and beyond, Carvetronic supports those who spend long days on snow and demand performance without compromise.
